In order for the R365 POS integration to function properly, the following 1) URL or 2) IP Addresses need to be whitelisted by your IT department or your POS reseller. Traffic is sent over port 443 using HTTPS/SSL protocols and that port will need to be allowed to send data to the whitelisted addresses.
