The Payroll hub page is the landing screen for managing all pay runs in Restaurant365 Payroll. Pay runs fall into two types. On-cycle pay runs are generated automatically based on the published [payroll calendar](/docs/en/payroll-calendar-details). Off-cycle pay runs are created manually for situations such as bonuses, corrections, or termination payouts. Use this page to monitor run statuses at a glance, initiate off-cycle runs, resolve exceptions for unpayable employees or returned payments, and navigate to detailed run screens. Learn more about [pay runs](/doc/docs/pay-runs-overview). ## Start Here - Create an off-cycle run: select off-cycle pay run. - Review approvals by status: open Pay Runs and apply a Quick Filter. - Resolve payroll exceptions: open Unpayable Employees or Returned Payments from their summary cards. The following screens are accessed from the Payroll Overview Page: - [Pay Run Details Screen](/doc/docs/pay-run-details-page) - [Funding Report Screen](/doc/docs/workforce-reports-funding-page-funding-details-report) - [Imports Page](/doc/docs/imports-page) - [Unpayable Employees Screen](/doc/docs/workforce-r365-payroll-unpayable-employees-report) - [Returned Payments Screen](/doc/docs/workforce-returned-payments) - [Historical Pay Runs Screen](/doc/docs/historical-pay-runs-page) --- ## Security The following permissions are associated with the Payroll Overview page: These permissions can be added to [custom user roles](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/custom-user-roles) or [individual users](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/users-overview-and-security).
