# Open R365 Hire from the R365 Mobile App

R365 Hire (powered by CareerPlug) opens from the **More** menu in the R365 mobile app.

R365 Hire is available in three tiers — R365 Hire, Hire Essentials, and Hire Pro. For users with Hire Essentials and Hire Pro, selecting **Hire** signs the user in to R365 Hire automatically, with no credentials to enter.

Users with R365 Hire (legacy) see the Hire sign-in page and sign in with their R365 Hire credentials.

## Open R365 Hire

Follow these steps to open R365 Hire from the R365 mobile app:

1. Select **More** from the bottom tab bar.
2. Select **Hire**.
3. Hire opens in the **default browser**.

For automatic sign-in, the user lands on the Hire dashboard, already signed in. Otherwise, the Hire sign-in page opens. Sign in with the R365 Hire credentials.

### FAQ

#### Why does the Hire item not appear on the More tab?

The **Hire** item appears only for customers with R365 Hire. Changes to Hire access apply after the next login or app launch. See [Mobile More Menu](/doc/docs/mobile-more-menu).

#### Why did selecting Hire log me out of the R365 mobile app?

The app session expired. A **Session expired** alert appears on the login screen shortly after. [Log in again](/doc/docs/log-in-to-the-r365-app-1), and then select **Hire**.
