Transactions with multiple matches show ‘Potential matches found’ in the Potential Matches column. Details are displayed in the [Matching panel of bank activity.](/doc/docs/bank-activity-page#matching-panel) Reasons for multiple potential matches include: - The same amount appears in more than one R365 transaction. - The same amount appears in more than one bank activity record. - Both batch and single payments exist for similar amounts or dates. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/5c9d1111-0c69-4e96-8910-d7f2750fdc9d/Images/Documentation/image-QGWBYA2Q.png) --- ## Filter for Potential Matches To view only bank activity with multiple potential matches on the Bank Activity page, follow these steps: *Click steps to expand for additional information and images.* ****1)** Navigate to the [**Bank Activity page**](/doc/docs/bank-activity-page).** A) Open the **Accounting** application**.** B) Expand the **Banking** category.
