Contact your CSM to learn more. The Dashboard is the landing page of R365 Mobile and provides a quick view of key information through configurable widgets. Widgets display data such as sales performance, tasks, approvals, and shortcuts to frequently used tools. Users can customize their dashboard by swiping up to manage which widgets are displayed and in what order. From this screen, users can: - View schedule, requests, sales performance, tasks, and other key information in widget form. - Navigate to frequently used tools through shortcuts and widgets. - [Customize dashboard widgets](/doc/docs/configure-mobile-dashboard-widgets). - [Customize dashboard shortcuts](/doc/docs/configure-my-shortcuts-in-mobile). --- ## Security All users have access to the Dashboard screen. User permissions determine which widgets and shortcuts appear on the Dashboard. Access to manager and back-office widgets (such as **AP Approvals, Inventory, Daily Sales Summary, Restaurant Schedule,** and **Logbook**) is granted through the standard user permissions managed on [user records](/doc/docs/user-record). For more information, see [User Setup and Security](https://portal.us.document360.io/doc/docs/user-setup-security-and-location-access). Self-service widgets for employees (such as **My Schedule, My Requests, My Time Off,** and **My Pay**) are only accessible by users with the **Employee App Access** permission, which is managed on [employee records](/doc/docs/employee-record). Learn more about managing [Employee App Access](/doc/docs/employee-app-access). --- ## Navigation Select **Dashboard** from the bottom tab bar. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/5c9d1111-0c69-4e96-8910-d7f2750fdc9d/Images/Documentation/image-TWJUCUOR.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T16%3A47%3A43Z&se=2026-10-28T17%3A47%3A43Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=WLeZjHmyir2XdT4dEVo%2Fqi1YbDpdoAgVhWCwV2W2m%2Bs%3D) --- ## Dashboard Buttons and Fields ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/5c9d1111-0c69-4e96-8910-d7f2750fdc9d/Images/Documentation/image-CR4LND4I.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-28T16%3A47%3A43Z&se=2026-10-28T17%3A47%3A43Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=WLeZjHmyir2XdT4dEVo%2Fqi1YbDpdoAgVhWCwV2W2m%2Bs%3D) | | Button/Field | Description | | --- | --- | --- | | **1** | My Shortcuts Widget | A customizable widget where users can pin shortcuts to frequently used tools.
