# Location Sales and Reg Labor

The Location Sales and Reg Labor Report runs the Sales and Labor as of a specified day compared to the same day last year.

This report provides a little different format and a more robust Sales report than the Flash Report. It presents comments from a specific day and even includes Sales information, such as Budgeted Labor Percentage, Over Time, and Actual Week Labor Percentage data. Any highlighted information shows that the Sales growth was below the Labor goal.

> **Missing Locations and Dates**
> 
> A location only appears on this report after the system polls that location and date’s Daily Sales Summary (DSS). If a location is missing, or the report shows no data for a date, check the [Daily Sales page](/doc/docs/daily-sales-page) to confirm the DSS for that location and date has polled before troubleshooting further.
> 
> DSS are not created for future dates, so future dates will not appear on the report.

## Navigation

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.

1. Open the **Reports** app.
2. Navigate to **My Reports**.
3. Enter all or part of the report name in the **search bar**.
4. The **Results** tab will open with the list of search results.
5. From beneath the report name, click **Run** to run the report with the selected report view. -OR- Click **Customize** to adjust the report parameters and run the report.

## Report Parameters

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Filter By** | A listing of all location categories. |
| **Filter** | A listing of all locations associated with the selected location category. |
| **As Of** | The date the report is ran as of. |
| **Gross Sales** | This option will show or hide gross sales in the report. |
| **Labor Based On** | This option either shows labor information based on net or gross sales. |
| **Run Button** | Runs the report. Users can also send, export, or print the report directly from this button by clicking the down arrow portion and selecting the desired action. |

## Report Columns

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Location** | A listing of the locations selected in the report parameters. |
| **Gross Sales** | The gross sales for that location. |
| **Sales** | The net sales for that location. |
| **Same Day / Week / Period LY Gross** | The gross sales made last year for the same day, week, or period. |
| **Same Day / Week / Period LY** | The net sales made last year for the same day, week, or period. |
| **Percent Change** | The percent change between 'Sales' and 'Same Day Last Yr'. |
| **Labor Goal** | The percent of the labor goal set on the Goals tab of the location record. |
| **Labor %** | The percent of labor for the day, week, or period. |
| **Labor Regular** | The amount of money spent on labor as recorded by the POS system. |
