# Location Profile

The Location Profile screen displays optional additional attributes of the restaurant location.

From this screen, users can:

- Set the restaurant type (quick service, fine dining, food truck, etc.)
- Set the seating capacity and options
- Define other options, such as delivery services and online ordering partners

> [!NOTE]
> The Location Profile can only be utilized once the Location Type on its [Location record](/doc/docs/legal-entities-location-record) is set to 'Restaurant' and the record has been saved and refreshed.

## Security

Users must have the following permission to view or edit the location profile:

- Administration → Locations → Edit Locations
- Administration → Locations → View Locations

These permissions can be added to [custom user roles](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/custom-user-roles) or [individual users](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/users-overview-and-security). The [Permission Access report](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/generating-a-permissions-access-report) can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. On the '**General**' tab, click the '**Edit Location Profile**' link.

## Location Profile Fields

|  | Field | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | Restaurant Type | The service style or **concept**. Options include: - Quick Service - Fast Casual - Full Service - Fine Dining - Food Truck - Bar - Entertainment Venue - Ghost Kitchen - Other |
| 2 | Seating Capacity | Maximum **number of customers** at the location at one time. |
| 3 | Location Features | Additional **amenities** available at the location. |
| 4 | Drive Thru | Defines whether the location features no, one, or multiple drive thru lanes. |
| 5 | To Go/Curbside Area | Defines whether the location has a **dedicated To Go/Curbside area**. > [!NOTE] > If selected, the 'Staff at Peak' field is required. This is the number of employees expected to be clocked in at the busiest service times. |
| 6 | Delivery Services | Defines whether the location utilizes **third-party delivery services** and which ones. |
| 7 | Online Ordering | Defines whether the location utilizes the default POS **online ordering service**, a proprietary service, and/or third-party delivery services, and which ones. |
| 8 | Save | **Confirms** changes to the Location Profile. |
| 9 | Close | **Closes** the Location Profile without saving. |
