# Location Groups in My Reports

Run Reports filtered by **Group** to run reports for location groups. Location groups are configured in R365 and when grouped, combine data from more than one location. Users can only run reports for location groups in which the user has access to **all** the associated locations.

## Prerequisites

## Running Reports Filtered for Location Groups

To run a report filtered by location group, follow these steps:

*Click steps to expand for additional information and images.*

****1)** Change the **Filter By** parameter to **Group**.**

****2)** Open the **Filter** options to **select the location groups** to run the report by.**

Select one or more options.

> Only location groups in which the user has access to all the associated locations will be listed.

****3)** Once the desired location groups have been selected, click **Ok**.**

****4)** Complete the remainder of the report parameters. Then, click **Run** to run the report.**
