# Forecast Download Report

The Forecast Report displays the current Daily Forecast for each day in the selected date range along with Weekly and Period subtotals.

By including Current Year and/or Prior Year Actuals, this report can be used as an Actual vs Forecast report. This report can also be exported as a starting point for a Forecast Upload.

## Navigation

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.

1. Open the **Reports** app.
2. Navigate to **My Reports**.
3. Enter all or part of the report name in the **search bar**.
4. The **Results** tab will open with the list of search results.
5. From beneath the report name, click **Run** to run the report with the selected report view. -OR- Click **Customize** to adjust the report parameters and run the report.

## Report Parameters

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Filter By** | A listing of all the location categories. |
| **Filter** | A listing of all locations associated with the selected location category. |
| **Start** | The first date of the reported date range. |
| **End** | The last date of the reported date range. |
| **Current Year Actual** | This option will show or hide the 'Current Year Actual' and 'Forecast vs Actual Variance' columns in the report. |
| **Prior Year Actual** | This option will show or hide the 'Actual Prior Year' column in the report. |
| **Two Years Prior Actual** | This option will show or hide the 'Actual 2 Years Ago' column in the report. |
| **Exclude Dates Without Saved Forecasts** | This option will show or hide days without a saved forecast. |
| **Run Button** | Runs the report. Users can also send, export, or print the report directly from this button by clicking the down arrow portion and selecting the desired action. |

## Report Columns

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Location #** | Location number. |
| **Location Name** | Name of the location in R365. |
| **Date** | Date of the forecast. |
| **Forecast Amount** | Dollar amount forecasted for the date. |
| **Actual** | Actual sales for the date. If the report is run for future dates, this column will always show 0.00. |
| **Forecast vs Actual Variance** | The difference between the 'Forecast Amount' and the 'Actual'. |
| **Actual Prior Year** | Actual sales for the same day last year. |
| **Actual 2 Years Ago** | Actual sales for the same day two years ago. |

## Email, Export, or Print the Report
