Here is how to set your folder permissions as a company admin. Folder permissions allow you to decide which roles and locations can view specific folders in the library.
To set a folder's permissions, click the three dots at the bottom right of any folder.
Now click edit. At the bottom of the edit screen, you will see the section titled Access. Here, you can edit the roles and locations the folder is visible too. After selecting your locations and roles, click save changes.
Folder permissions do not only determine which folders are visible, but also affect the ability to search for documents within those folders.
Folder permissions also use a trickle down method, meaning that a folder's permissions will automatically apply to any folders within that folder.
