This report helps users track the lifecycle of fixed assets. By effectively managing the end-of-life processes for fixed assets, users ensure that they maintain accurate and compliant financial records and make informed decisions regarding asset management and replacement strategies. --- ## Navigation The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports. 1. Open the **Reports** app. 2. Navigate to **My Reports**. 3. Enter all or part of the report name in the **search bar**. 4. The **Results** tab will open with the list of search results. 5. If set to No, the report shows data by quarter. | | Assets Without Activity | If set to Yes, the report shows all assets, including assets with no activities posted in the specified year. If set to No, the report only shows assets with activities posted in the specified year. | | View options | This section provides options to select, save, edit, or delete a [report view](https://docs.restaurant365.com/docs/report-views). | | Run | Generates the report. For more information, see Asset Record. | | Acct Number | Number used to identify the main account associated with the asset. | | Acct Name | Name of the main account for the asset. | | Beg Bal | Value of the asset at the start of the year. | | Timeline | Shows how the asset's value has changed over the course of the year, by quarter or by period. | | Net Change | Amount by which the value of the asset has changed over the course of the year. | | Capitalized Cost | Cost of the asset, including depreciation and amortization. | | Grand Total | This row displays combined totals for all assets shown in the report. | --- ## Email, Export, or Print the Report This report can be emailed, exported, or printed in custom formatting directly from the reporting window.
