Import and create events here." updated: 2025-08-28T16:30:52Z published: 2025-08-28T16:30:52Z canonical: "docs.restaurant365.com/events-tab" --- > ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.restaurant365.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Events Tab The Events tab of the [Manager Tools page](/doc/docs/manager-tools) lists all [events](/doc/docs/manager-tools-events) in a searchable grid. --- ## Security The following permissions apply to the Events tab: - Labor → Events → - View Events - Edit Events - Create Events - Import Events - Manage Event Categories - Delete Events These permissions can be added to [custom user roles](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/custom-user-roles) or [individual users](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/users-overview-and-security). The [Permission Access report](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/generating-a-permissions-access-report) can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see [User Setup and Security](/doc/docs/user-setup-security-and-location-access). --- ## Navigation **The Events tab is found on the [Manager Tools page](/doc/docs/manager-tools).** 1. Select **Workforce**. 2. Under Scheduling, select **Manager Tools**. 3. Click to open the [event details](/doc/docs/event-details) in a sidesheet. | ### Columns The Events grid has the following columns: | Column | Description | | --- | --- | | Event Name | User-entered name of the event. | | Category | Event category associated with the assigned subcategory. | | SubCategory | Subcategory assigned to the event. | | Locations | Locations associated with the event.
