# Historical Pay Runs Page

The Historical Pay Runs page lists a legal entity's past pay runs, giving a processor a record of what has already been processed. The page is reached from Payroll Hub and is available only to organizations that have Payroll Hub enabled.

## Navigation

1. Select **Payroll** from the left navigation rail.
2. Select **Payroll hub**.
3. Select **Historical pay runs.**

## Historical Pay Runs Buttons and Fields

| --- | --- | --- |
| **1** | Views | Saved table filters and column settings. The highlighted view is currently displayed. Click on a view to display the table with the saved filter and columns settings. Learn more about [managing table views](/doc/docs/manage-table-views). |
| **2** | Search | Filters the table for the entered text in the following columns. |
| **3** | Filter | Opens the [Filter menu](/doc/docs/filtering-tables), where filters based on column values can be applied. ## Historical Pay Runs Columns

| Column | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Pay period start | The day the pay period starts |
| Pay period end | The day the pay period ends |
| Description | The description name of the pay run. |
| Pay date | The date the employee is paid. |
| Pay run type | The type of pay run. | Employees | The number of employees included in the pay run. |
| Gross pay | The gross amount of money in the pay run. |
| Status | The status of the pay run. Options include: - Paid - Posted - Funded |

An organization or company configured in R365 that represents a distinct legal and tax-reporting unit. Legal entities contain one or more locations and define how financial and operational activity is grouped, reported, and filed.
