# R365 Training

The [R365 Training](https://www.restaurant365.com/workforce/employee-training/) app is R365’s learning management system (LMS). It includes pages and screens used to complete training as well as configure and administer training content and users.

## Security

Only users with an employee training user profile will have access to R365 Training.

## Navigation

R365 Training is found in the [R365 navigation left rail](https://docs.restaurant365.com/docs/r365-navigation#left-navigation).

R365 Training opens in a new tab. All R365 Training screens are accessed from the top-level category pages selected in the R365 Training left navigation.

## Mobile Training

R365 Training can be accessed from the R365 mobile app. When R365 Training is available for a user, the Training option will be listed in the More menu.

**Mobile Navigation**

1. Log in to the R365 mobile app.
2. Select **More.**
3. Select **Training.**

## R365 Training Categories

The pages and screens within R365 Training are organized into the following categories:

### Home

The Home page contains navigation to the following screens:

| Page/Tool | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Feed | Contains user posts and allows users to create new posts. |
| My Posts | Contains posts sent by the user. |
| All Posts | Contains historical user posts with search bar. |

### Training

The Training page contains navigation to the following screens:

| Page/Tool | Description |
| --- | --- |
| To Do | Contains training assigned to the user that has not been completed. |
| Completed | Contains training assigned to the user that has been completed. |

### Checklist & Forms

The Checklist page contains navigation to the following screens:

| Page/Tool | Description |
| --- | --- |
| My Tasks | Contains tasks assigned to the user. |
| Daily | Contains a list of daily checklists for selected locations. |
| Periodic | Contains a list of periodic checklists for selected locations. |
| Audit | Contains a list of audit checklists for selected locations. |
| Forms | Contains a list of forms for selected locations. |

### Library

The Library page contains navigation to the following screens:

| Page/Tool | Description |

| Home | Contains all folders within the library. |
| Favorites | Contains all favorited files. |
| All Media | Contains all uploaded files. |
| AI Chat | Opens the AI chatbot. |

### Location

The Location page contains navigation to the following screens:

| Page/Tool | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Overview | Contains training, checklist, and badge overviews for selected locations. |
| Locations | Contains training location records. |
| Roles | Contains user role summaries for selected locations. |
| Members | Contains user profiles for selected locations. |

### Profile

The Profile page contains navigation to the following additional pages:

| Admin Dashboard | Opens the Admin Dashboard page. |
| Collection Dashboard | Opens the Collection Dashboard page. |
| Admin Console (Legacy) | Opens the legacy Admin Console. |
| Reporting (Legacy) | Opens the legacy Reporting Console. |

The Admin page contains navigation to the following screens:

#### Company

| Page/Tool | Description |

| Roles | Contains user role configurations. |
| Team | Contains all user profiles. |
| Organizational Structure | Contains locations and location groups. |
| Badges | Contains badge configurations. |
| Administrators | Contains user profiles for admin users. |
| Settings | Contains settings for company name and logo. |
| Notifications | Contains global settings for notifications. |

| Generate a Training Outline | Opens the AI training outline tool. |
| Marketplace | Contains pre-built training courses and checklists. |
