ExpandShare supports a user management integration with Restaurant365.

How It Works

• Employees are managed in R365.

• Data from R365 is pulled into ExpandShare on an hourly basis.

• ExpandShare is updated, reflecting all changes in employee, role, and location data.

Integration Setup Steps

Follow these steps to request and set up an ExpandShare integration with Restaurant365:

1) Submit an integration request though the following form:

2) Wait while the ExpandShare Team builds the integration workbook for mapping roles and locations.

3) The ExpandShare Team will provide the integration workbook along with additional instructions.

4) Review and approve the mapping workbook.

5) Set a go-live date.

6) On the go-live date, the user sync will be active, and users will be invited to join ExpandShare.
