Only these four fields support bulk editing; all other fields must be updated individually by clicking directly on the field in the Bank Accounts grid. Bank accounts can be edited in two ways: - [Using the bulk edit function to update multiple accounts at once](/doc/docs/edit-bank-accounts#edit-bank-accounts-in-bulk), or - [Clicking directly into a field to update a single account](/doc/docs/edit-bank-accounts#edit-bank-account-fields-in-the-bank-accounts-grid) --- ## Security Users must have the following to edit bank accounts: - Banking → Bank Accounts → Edit Bank Accounts These permissions can be added to [custom user roles](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/custom-user-roles) or [individual users](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/users-overview-and-security). The [Permission Access report](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/generating-a-permissions-access-report) can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see [User Setup and Security](/doc/docs/user-setup-security-and-location-access). --- ## Edit Bank Accounts in Bulk Use the edit option in the action bar to update multiple accounts that share the following fields: - Check Format - Routing Number - Bank - Location All fields must be completed to apply changes.
