From this site, the invoices are routed to your organization’s FTP site and imported into Restaurant365. Because US Foods has a dedicated FTP site, you don’t need to provide customer-specific FTP credentials to US Foods. - [Vendor Website](https://www.usfoods.com) ### Set up US Foods EDI To set up EDI with US Foods, contact [R365 Support](/doc/docs/r365-support). The Support team works with US Foods to enable the integration and completes the FTP mapping for you. You don’t need to contact US Foods or submit a project request yourself. ### Monitor the FTP site After the integration is live, check your FTP site regularly with your preferred FTP client. For more information, see [FTP Site Overview](/doc/docs/ftp-site-overview). If invoice files appear in the FTP ErrorLog, copy the generated Error Report (file name + *ERR.html*) to your desktop and open it to see the error. Common causes include: - The Location name or number on the invoice file is missing or doesn’t match a Location in R365. - The invoice is a duplicate, because the invoice number was already imported into R365. For more information, see [EDI Vendor Integration: Troubleshooting Errors](/doc/docs/troubleshooting-edi-imports).
