# Supported File Types in Documents to Process

[Documents to Process](/doc/docs/documents-to-process-overview) allows R365 users to import the following file types for immediate processing:

### File Size

All files, no matter what type they are, must smaller than 1.5 MB for timely processing. The larger the file, the longer it takes for the system to process the file. Click here for more information on [file process times](/doc/docs/documents-to-process-upload-methods#processing-times).

### Document Files

Save scanned documents as PDF (.pdf) files for easy uploading and processing.

### Image Files

JPG Image (.jpg) and PNG Image (.png) image files can also be uploaded to Documents to Process.

### CSV Files

Supported vendor-integrated CSV (.csv) files are imported directly to the All Transactions list, bypassing Documents to Process. Please refer to the [EDI Vendor Integration Overview](/doc/docs/edi-vendor-integration-overview) for a full list of supported CSV file types.
