# Deposit Ticket

The Deposit Ticket download allows the User to review and download recent or past Deposit Tickets. This feature can be useful in seeing the trends of past bank deposits.

## Navigation

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.

1. Open the **Reports** app.
2. Navigate to **My Reports**.
3. Enter all or part of the report name in the **search bar**.
4. The **Results** tab will open with the list of search results.
5. From beneath the report name, click **Run** to run the report with the selected report view. -OR- Click **Customize** to adjust the report parameters and run the report.

## Report Parameters

| **Deposit** | A listing of all bank deposits created. Click here for more information on bank deposits. |
| **Download Button** | Downloads the report. |

## Report Details

| **Field/Column** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **legal entity** | The name and address of the legal entity. |
| **Deposit date** | The date of the deposit. |
| **Cash** | The number of cash deposits and the total amount of cash associated with them. |
| **Checks** | The number of check deposits and the total amount from the checks. |
| **Other** | The number of other deposit items, such as credit cards, franchisee payments, and delivery service payments. |
| **Total Items** | The total number of items made in this deposit. |
| **Total Deposit** | The total amount being deposited into the bank. |
| **Payment Method** | The manner in which these deposits are made. |
| **Received From** | The person, entity, or source from which the payment was received. *(Language added for clarity and consistency.)* |
| **Ref No** | The number associated with the bank deposit. |
| **Amount** | The amount of each bank deposit. |

An organization or company configured in R365 that represents a distinct legal and tax-reporting unit. Legal entities contain one or more locations and define how financial and operational activity is grouped, reported, and filed.
