# Commissary Order History by Category

The Commissary Order History by Category report will display the quantity and cost of all orders and the variance that lies between those that were ordered and those that have been received for all related commissary categories. Commissary categories are hyperlinked to the [Commissary Order History by Item](/doc/docs/commissary-order-history-by-item) report so that users can view the items that were ordered and fulfilled for each category.

## Navigation

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.

1. Open the **Reports** app.
2. Navigate to **My Reports**.
3. Enter all or part of the report name in the **search bar**.
4. The **Results** tab will open with the list of search results.
5. From beneath the report name, click **Run** to run the report with the selected report view. -OR- Click **Customize** to adjust the report parameters and run the report.

## Report Parameters

| **Field/Column** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Commissary Locations** | A listing of all commissary locations. |
| **Locations** | A listing of all locations that ordered from the selected commissary location. |
| **From Date** | The beginning date for the report. |
| **To Date** | The end date for the report. |
| **Categories** | A listing of all commissary categories. |
| **Fulfilled Only** | This will either show all commissary orders or only those that have been fulfilled. |
| **Run Button** | Runs the report. Users can also send, export, or print the report directly from this button by clicking the down arrow portion and selecting the action. |

## Report Columns

| **Field/Column** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Category** | The commissary category in which the order was made. This is hyperlinked to the Commissary Order History by Item report where purchased item details can be seen. |
| **Qty Ordered** | The amount of items that were ordered for the category. |
| **Qty Fulfilled** | The amount of items that were fulfilled for the category. |
| **Qty Var** | The variance between the amount of items ordered and the amount that were fulfilled. |
| **$ Ordered** | The total cost of the items ordered for the category. |
| **$ Fulfilled** | The total cost of the items fulfilled for the category. |
| **$ Var** | The variance between the cost of items ordered and fulfilled for this category. |
| **% Fulfilled** | The percentage of item cost that was fulfilled (calculated as $ fulfilled ÷ $ ordered). |

## Email, Export, or Print the Report
