# Clone a Report Subscription

[Report subscriptions](/doc/docs/report-subscriptions) can be cloned (duplicated) on the [Report Subscriptions page](/doc/docs/subscriptions-page) through quick actions. Cloning a report subscriptions creates a copy of the [report subscription record](/doc/docs/email-subscription-record) that can be edited as needed.

## Security

To clone report subscriptions, users must have the following permissions:

- Reporting → Report Subscriptions → View Report Subscriptions
- Reporting → Report Subscriptions → Edit Report Subscriptions

## Navigation

Report subscriptions can be cloned from the Report Subscriptions page.

****Navigation Menu****

1. Open the **Reports** app.
2. From the menu, click **Report Subscriptions**.

****My Report Page****

1. Open the **Reports** app.
2. Open **My Reports**.
3. Click the **Report Subscriptions** button.

****Search****

Navigate to pages with the [R365 global search bar](/doc/docs/r365-search):

1. Enter all or part of the **page name** in the R365 global search bar.
2. Select the page from the results list.

> Only enabled pages can be searched for. If the desired page is not enabled, contact your CSM for assistance.

### Clone a Report Subscription

Report subscriptions can be cloned from the [Report Subscriptions page](/doc/docs/subscriptions-page).

*Click steps to expand for additional information and images.*

****1)** Hover over the desired **report subscription row** then click the **three dots** to open the quick actions menu.**

****2)** Select **Clone** in the quick action options.**

****3)** Make desired changes in the [Report Subscription record](/doc/docs/email-subscription-record).**

****4) Save** changes.**
