The Catalogue screen lists all of the courses and/or checklists within a Marketplace catalogue.

Here, users can:

Security

Users must have one of the following permissions to access this page:

  • Account Owner
  • Administrator (Company Admin)

These permissions are granted in the user details of a user profile. Learn more about managing training users.

Navigation

  1. Navigate to the Marketplace page.

  2. Under Partners, select ‘See All’.

  3. Click on the desired catalogue.
     

Catalogue Screen Buttons and Fields

Back Button

Navigates to the Partners screen.

Submit Idea Button

Opens the Submit Idea window.

Catalogue Information

Description of the catalogue.

Descriptions are only provided for select catalogues.

Learn More Button

Navigates to the website for the system related to the course catalogue.

Learn more buttons are only provided for select catalogues.

Search

Filters for content with the entered text in the title, catalogue title, or tags.

All Button

Filters the displayed list of content for both courses and checklists.

Checklists Button

Filters the displayed list of content for only checklists.

Courses Button

Filters the displayed list of content for only courses.

Course / Checklist

Summary for a course or checklist, including:

  • Title

  • Type (course or checklist)

  • Date added/updated

  • Catalogue

  • Length in minutes
