When Purchase/Recipe Items are missing a physical Barcode, Users can print a list of Barcodes to scan when using Barcode Scanning for Inventory Counts. --- ## Printing Barcodes from the Items or Recipes Grids 1. Open the **Inventory** app. 2. Under the Items category, click **Items**. -OR- Under the Recipes category, click **Recipes**. 3. Select one, multiple, or all [purchased items](/doc/docs/items-grid) or [recipe items](/doc/docs/recipe-items-page) on the grid by **clicking checkboxes**. 4. Once purchased items/recipe items are selected, the bulk edit options will appear. This will have the generated scannable barcodes for all the Purchased/Recipe Items on the selected Inventory Count. Open the **Inventory** app. 2. Expand **Inventory**. 3. Click **Inventory counts**. 4. Click the **menu icon** in the header. 6. From the dropdown, click **Print**. 7. Open the **Inventory** app. 2. Expand **Inventory**. 3. Click **Inventory counts**. 4. Navigate to the **Templates** tab. 5. Click the **print** icon. 2. This will have the generated scannable Barcodes for all the Purchased/Recipe Items on the selected Inventory Count Template. This will organize the Barcodes for print on an [Avery Template 6870](https://www.avery.com/templates/6870) document. Each page will have up to 30 barcode labels with the following information: - Item Barcode based on the Purchased/Recipe Item ID - Name of the Purchased Item/Recipe - Inventory UofM for the Item/Recipe ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/5c9d1111-0c69-4e96-8910-d7f2750fdc9d/Images/Documentation/4d43e705-2d77-49e4-aa2a-1f502e0bdd2a.png) Click the Print icon ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/5c9d1111-0c69-4e96-8910-d7f2750fdc9d/Images/Documentation/e65262ae-c661-4a52-94d9-a5785b0f18ff.png) to print the document. The printed barcodes can then be scanned using [R365 Red App Barcode Scanning](/doc/docs/r365-app-barcode-scanning-inventory-counts) to complete Inventory. ### Additional Print Templates Printable barcode labels are compatible with any document with the following specifications: - **Number of labels per sheet:**30 - 3 columns and 10 rows - **Label size:** 0.75" x 2.25" - **Page Size:** 8.5" x 11" (letter size) - **Top margin:** 0.5" - **Bottom margin:** 0.5" - **Left margin:** 0.16" - **Right margin:** 0.16" - **Column spacing:** 0.16" - **Row spacing:** 0.5"
