# AP Imports: Import Templates

AP transactions can be imported in to Restaurant365 using CSV templates. Many vendors are integrated with R365 and each provides a unique file format that can be imported. Click here to see a list of [integrated vendors](https://www.restaurant365.com/integrations/connect/).

Restaurant365 provides a generic template that any customer or non-integrated vendor can use to perform AP imports. Users can import these templates automatically, using [FTP](/doc/docs/ftp-site-overview) or [AP Automation](/doc/docs/ap-automation-overview),or manually by selecting [Import AP Transaction](/doc/docs/ap-imports-manual-importing) from the top ribbon Vendor menu.

AP Transactions can be imported by Item or by Account and can be imported with [Dates of Service](/doc/docs/ap-invoice-record#dates-of-service) if enabled.
