# Account Balance by Location Export

The Balance by Location Export runs account balances by any Location Category selected.

Unlike the Account Balance by Location Report, this report includes more details about the balances, including the accounts connected to each Legal Entity. This also provides the option for a more simplified report for a simplified view of balances and an easy export to a personalized data system.

## Navigation

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.

1. Open the **Reports** app.
2. Navigate to **My Reports**.
3. Enter all or part of the report name in the **search bar**.
4. The **Results** tab will open with the list of search results.
5. From beneath the report name, click **Run** to run the report with the selected report view. -OR- Click **Customize** to adjust the report parameters and run the report.

## Report Parameters

| **Field/Column** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Filter By** | A listing of all location categories. |
| **Filter** | A listing of all locations associated with the selected location category. |
| **As Of** | The date the amount is balanced as of. |
| **Show Unapproved** | This will either include or exclude unapproved transactions. |
| **Hide $0 Balances** | This will either show or hide zero balances. |
| **Simplified Export** | This will either show limited fields with no field names or show the details of the selections chosen from the Customize tab. When exporting files, both exports are downloaded with all fields and column names. |
| **Include Stat Accounts** | This will either include or exclude statistical accounts. |
| **Account** | The account(s) ran for this report. |
| **Run Button** | Runs the report. Users can also send, export, or print the report directly from this button by clicking the down arrow portion and selecting the desired action. |

## Report Columns

| **Field/Column** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Legal Entity** | The legal entity tied to the location in the location record. |
| **Location** | The location(s) selected for this report in the report parameters. |
| **Location Num** | The location number, as noted in the location record. |
| **Account Num** | The GL account number(s) selected for this report in the report parameters. |
| **Account Name** | The GL account name(s) associated with the GL account number(s). |
| **Balance** | The balance of the account for each location. |
| **As Of** | The date this report was ran as of. |

## Email, Export, or Print the Report
