# Unapprove a Tip Distribution

After navigating to the [Tip Automation page](/doc/docs/tip-auto-page), follow these steps to unapprove an approved tip distribution:

**1. Click on the **Approved** tab**

**1. Click the **View** button for the desired tip distribution**

**1. Click **Unapprove** in the top right corner of the page**

**1. Click **Reverse** to confirm that all related tip earnings should be deleted from the DSS**

The tip distribution will now be unlocked and **will** recalculate when changes are made to the DSS.
