Pay run imports can be deleted if the associated pay run has not been approved or paid. Deleting the import will remove all imported changes. This action is irreversible.
Security
Users must have the following permission to delete pay run imports:
Payroll → Workforce Payroll → Payments → Edit Payments
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
Delete Earning or Deduction Imports
Follow these steps to delete an earning or deduction import:
1) Navigate to the Imports page.
2) Confirm the Pay Run Status for the import is ‘Pending’.
3) Click the trashcan button.
The trashcan button only appears if the pay run has a status of ‘Pending’.
4) Click Delete to confirm that the imported changes should be deleted. This action is irreversible.
