Data Exports

Data Exports is a part of the Reporting console. Click here for more information on the Reporting console.

The Data Exports set up in APS Payroll include Fidelity 401k and R365 GL. The Fidelity 401k export downloads a CSV file of all 401K contributions made by both Employee and Employer for those Employees who have set up their 401k plans through your company. Once exported, this file can then be sent to your Company's 401k Provider. The R365 GL export downloads payroll information that can then be imported into Restaurant365 as a Payroll journal entry.

Navigation

Open this screen by clicking 'Data Exports' in either the 'Reporting' menu or the 'Reporting Options' tile.

On the 'Data Exports' screen, click the desired report and enter a selected date range. When the report is ran, it can then be downloaded as a CSV file.
