# User

R365 user accounts and access settings, with one row per user.

## Column reference

| Column | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| tenant_id | NUMBER(38,0) | Unique identifier of the R365 tenant account. |
| id | UUID | Unique identifier for the user. |
| name | VARCHAR | Display name of the user. |
| first_name | VARCHAR | First name of the user. |
| middle_name | VARCHAR | Middle name of the user. |
| last_name | VARCHAR | Last name of the user. |
| full_name | VARCHAR | Full name of the user, combining first, middle, and last name. |
| nick_name | VARCHAR | Nickname or preferred name for the user. |
| salutation | VARCHAR | Salutation for the user (e.g., Mr., Ms., Dr.). |
| title | VARCHAR | Title of the user within the organization. |
| job_title | VARCHAR | Job title of the user. |
| internal_email_address | VARCHAR | Internal email address used for the user's R365 account. |
| mobile_alert_email | VARCHAR | Email address where mobile alerts are sent for this user. |
| domain_name | VARCHAR | Domain name associated with the user's account. |
| is_disabled | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether the user account is disabled. |
| employee_id | VARCHAR | Employee ID associated with this user. |
| skills | VARCHAR | Skills or roles assigned to this user. |
| is_available_to_all_locations | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this user has access to all locations. |
| has_full_access | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this user has full administrative access. |
| is_available_to_all_external_locations | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this user has access to all external locations. |
| location_id | UUID | Unique identifier of the primary location assigned to this user. |
| created_on | TIMESTAMP_NTZ | Date and time the user record was created. |
| created_by_id | UUID | Unique identifier of the user who created this record. |
| modified_on | TIMESTAMP_NTZ | Date and time the record was last modified. |
| modified_by_id | UUID | Unique identifier of the user who last modified this record. |
| is_deleted | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether the record has been soft-deleted. |
| is_active | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether the user account is currently active. |

### Joining tables

To join transaction_detail_table to transaction_table, use both of the following keys:

- `transaction_detail_table.tenant_id` = `transaction_table.tenant_id`

- `transaction_detail_table.transaction_id` = `transaction_table.id`
