# Sales and Prime Cost SPLH Report

The Sales and Prime Cost SPLH Report shows the sales and labor hours used to calculate sales per labor hour (SPLH). It contains one row for each location and business date.

## Column reference

| Column | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| tenant_id | NUMBER(38,0) | R365 internal tenant identifier |
| location_id | VARCHAR | Location identifier |
| business_date | DATE | Business date of the GL transactions and of the labor worked |
| operational_year | NUMBER(4,0) | Fiscal year from the 4-4-5 calendar |
| operational_period | NUMBER(2,0) | Fiscal period number (1-12) from the 4-4-5 calendar. Blank for dates in the extra week at the end of a 53-week year. |
| operational_week | NUMBER(17,0) | Fiscal week number from the 4-4-5 calendar |
| sales | NUMBER(38,2) | Sales from GL accounts with GL special categories 1010-1075, signed by the typical balance of the GL type. Excludes transaction types 9 and 12, templates, and voided transactions. |
| labor_hours | NUMBER(38,10) | Total labor hours worked on the date, for labor tied to a daily sales summary |
