# Sales and Prime Cost Day Parts Report

The Sales and Prime Cost Day Parts Report shows sales by day part. It contains net sales, gross sales, and guest counts for each location, business date, and day part.

## Column reference

| Column | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| tenant_id | NUMBER(38,0) | R365 internal tenant identifier |
| location_id | VARCHAR | Location identifier for these sales |
| business_date | DATE | Operational business date of the sales |
| operational_year | NUMBER(4,0) | Fiscal year from the 4-4-5 calendar |
| operational_period | NUMBER(2,0) | Fiscal period number (1-13) from the 4-4-5 calendar |
| operational_week | NUMBER(17,0) | Fiscal week number from the 4-4-5 calendar |
| day_part_name | VARCHAR | Day part name, for example Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner |
| day_part_number | NUMBER(38,0) | Day part number, which sets the order of the day parts |
| net_sales | NUMBER(38,2) | Net sales for the day part: sale detail revenue on GL special categories 1010-1050, plus payments on GL special category 1075 in payment groups 4, 5, and 6 with the sign reversed |
| sales_amount | NUMBER(38,2) | Gross POS sales amount for the day part, the numerator of the check average |
| guest_count | NUMBER(38,0) | Number of guests for the day part |
