# POS Mapping

POS-to-GL account mappings for sales categories, payment types, jobs, and paid-outs, with one row per mapping.

## Column reference

| Column | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| tenant_id | NUMBER(38,0) | Unique identifier of the R365 tenant account. |
| legal_entity_id | NUMBER(38,0) | Unique identifier of the legal entity this mapping applies to. |
| legal_entity_name | VARCHAR | Name of the legal entity. |
| legal_entity_number | VARCHAR | User-defined number for the legal entity. |
| location_id | NUMBER(38,0) | Unique identifier of the location this mapping applies to. |
| location_name | VARCHAR | Name of the location. |
| location_number | VARCHAR | User-defined number for the location. |
| mapping_type | VARCHAR | Category of POS mapping (e.g., Sales, Payment, Job, Paid-out). |
| id | NUMBER(38,0) | Unique identifier for the mapping record. |
| name | VARCHAR | Name of the POS item being mapped (e.g., the sales category or payment type name). |
| gl_account_id | NUMBER(38,0) | Unique identifier of the GL account this POS item maps to. |
| gl_account_name | VARCHAR | Name of the GL account. |
| gl_account_number | VARCHAR | Account number for the GL account. |
| gl_account_type | VARCHAR | Type classification of the GL account. |
| modified_on | TIMESTAMP_NTZ | Date and time the mapping was last modified. |
| is_deleted | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether the mapping has been deleted. |
| service_type | VARCHAR | Service type associated with the mapping (e.g., dine-in, delivery). |
| category_id | NUMBER(38,0) | Unique identifier of the POS sales category. |
| category_name | VARCHAR | Name of the POS sales category. |
| sales_account_type | VARCHAR | Type of sales account for this mapping. |
| is_exception | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this mapping is flagged as an exception to the default mapping rules. |
| exception_comment | VARCHAR | Explanation of why this mapping is an exception. |
| payment_group | VARCHAR | Payment group this mapping belongs to. |
| job_code | VARCHAR | POS job code associated with this mapping. |
| department | VARCHAR | Department associated with this mapping. |
| exclude_from_pos_import | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this mapping is excluded from POS data imports. |
