# Location

Restaurant and catering locations with their operational configuration, account mappings, and reporting settings, with one row per location.

## Column reference

| Column | Type | Description |

| tenant_id | NUMBER(38,0) | Unique identifier of the R365 tenant account. |
| id | UUID | Unique identifier for the location. |
| name | VARCHAR | Name of the location. |
| location_number | VARCHAR | User-defined number for the location. |
| address1 | VARCHAR | First line of the location's address. |
| address2 | VARCHAR | Second line of the location's address. |
| city | VARCHAR | City of the location's address. |
| state | VARCHAR | State or province of the location's address. |
| postal_code | VARCHAR | ZIP or postal code of the location's address. |
| fax | VARCHAR | Fax number for the location. |
| catering_name | VARCHAR | Name used for the location's catering operations. |
| concept_name | VARCHAR | Name of the restaurant concept associated with this location. |
| location_manager | VARCHAR | Name of the location manager. |
| name_on_check | VARCHAR | Name printed on checks issued by this location. |
| pos_system | VARCHAR | POS system used by this location. |
| start_date | DATE | Date the location opened or began operating. |
| comp_start_date | DATE | Start date for comparable-period sales reporting. |
| comp_end_date | DATE | End date for comparable-period sales reporting. |
| pos_import_start | DATE | Date from which POS data imports begin for this location. |
| close_time | TIME | Time the location closes. |
| closing_time | TIME | Closing time used for daily sales summary calculations. |
| is_pos_auto_import_enabled | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether automatic POS data import is enabled for this location. |
| is_weekly_journal_entry | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this location generates weekly journal entries instead of daily. |
| is_based_on_financial_status | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this location's reporting is based on financial status. |
| daily_manager_salary_estimate_amount | NUMBER | Estimated daily manager salary allocated to this location. |
| daily_target_avg_check | NUMBER | Target average check amount per guest for this location. |
| labor_goal | NUMBER | Target labor cost percentage for this location. |
| payroll_tax_estimate | NUMBER | Estimated payroll tax amount per period for this location. |
| payroll_other_estimate | NUMBER | Estimated other payroll costs per period for this location. |
| payroll_benefit_estimate | NUMBER | Estimated employee benefit costs per period for this location. |
| day_part1_name | VARCHAR | Name of day part 1 (e.g., Breakfast, Lunch). |
| day_part2_name | VARCHAR | Name of day part 2. |
