# Calendar

Fiscal calendar definitions for each legal entity, with one row per calendar date per legal entity.

## Column reference

| Column | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| tenant_id | NUMBER(38,0) | Unique identifier of the R365 tenant account. |
| id | UUID | Unique identifier for the calendar record. |
| name | VARCHAR | Name of the calendar entry. |
| calendar_day | INTEGER | Day of the month in the standard calendar (1–31). |
| calendar_month | INTEGER | Month in the standard calendar (1–12). |
| calendar_year | INTEGER | Year in the standard calendar. |
| combined_reporting_day | INTEGER | Day number within the combined reporting period. |
| combined_reporting_day_year | INTEGER | Year for the combined reporting day. |
| combined_reporting_period | INTEGER | Period number for combined reporting. |
| combined_reporting_period_name | VARCHAR | Name of the combined reporting period. |
| combined_reporting_period_year | INTEGER | Year for the combined reporting period. |
| combined_reporting_quarter | INTEGER | Quarter number for combined reporting. |
| combined_reporting_quarter_year | INTEGER | Year for the combined reporting quarter. |
| combined_reporting_week | INTEGER | Week number for combined reporting. |
| combined_reporting_week_year | INTEGER | Year for the combined reporting week. |
| combined_reporting_year1 | INTEGER | Combined reporting year value. |
| date | DATE | Calendar date for this record. |
| date_text | VARCHAR | Calendar date formatted as text. |
| day_name | VARCHAR | Name of the day of the week (e.g., Monday). |
| days_back | INTEGER | Number of days before today this date falls. |
| fiscal_date_type | VARCHAR | Classification of this date within the fiscal calendar. |
| fiscal_day | INTEGER | Day number within the fiscal period. |
| fiscal_day_and_year | VARCHAR | Combined fiscal day and year label. |
| fiscal_period | INTEGER | Fiscal period number. |
| fiscal_period_and_year | VARCHAR | Combined fiscal period and year label. |
| fiscal_quarter | INTEGER | Fiscal quarter number. |
| fiscal_quarter_and_year | VARCHAR | Combined fiscal quarter and year label. |
| fiscal_week | INTEGER | Fiscal week number. |
| fiscal_week_and_year | VARCHAR | Combined fiscal week and year label. |
| fiscal_year1 | INTEGER | Fiscal year. |
| period_name | VARCHAR | Name of the fiscal period. |
| periods_back | INTEGER | Number of fiscal periods before the current period this date falls. |
| quarters_back | INTEGER | Number of fiscal quarters before the current quarter this date falls. |
| week_name | VARCHAR | Name of the fiscal week. |
| weeks_back | INTEGER | Number of fiscal weeks before the current week this date falls. |
| years_back | INTEGER | Number of fiscal years before the current year this date falls. |
| legal_entity_id | UUID | Unique identifier of the legal entity this calendar row belongs to. |
| created_on | TIMESTAMP_NTZ | Date and time the record was created. |
| created_by_id | UUID | Unique identifier of the user who created the record. |
| modified_on | TIMESTAMP_NTZ | Date and time the record was last modified. |
| modified_by_id | UUID | Unique identifier of the user who last modified the record. |
| is_deleted | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether the record has been soft-deleted. |
